Shipping and Sales Tax Information:

At Sassy Littles, we know you are anxious to receive your package and promise it will be worth the wait. Estimated production times can be found on the product description pages (does not include shipping time). If you have a question about estimated delivery, please email us prior to placing the order.

Shipping rates:

USPS First Class (3-5 business days) within continental US, $3.99 per order

USPS Priority (2-3 business days) within the continental US, $6.99 per order

USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) within continental US, $22.95 per order

Most orders are shipping via USPS however we do use FedEx or UPS on occasion. Regardless of the shipping method our shipping rates do not change.

As required by North Carolina State Law, 7.75% sales tax will be added to order totals for North Carolina residents.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Sassy Littles will begin processing your order immediately. Since each item is custom made for you, we CAN NOT cancel orders or accept returns.

In the event that an order is processed incorrectly, the fault being that of Sassy Littles, the item will be replaced at no additional charge.
